With over 40 years of experience in the Civil and Mechanical Engineering he has been the driving force in taking the company towards greater heights.  He formed a partnership business in the name and style of M/s. Samrat Properties, Kolkata which was engaged in the business of promoting land for development. In 2005 he joined as a Director and as well as a Chairman of Kernel Solutions Private Limited which was engaged in the business of undertaking civil and mechanical contracts. Mr Ghara has extensive knowledge and experience in multi project management.

Mr. Narendra Nath Ghara is the Managing Director of Kernel Solutions Private Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Information Technology from Vidyasagar University.  He is the Founder and Managing Director of Kernel Solutions Private Limited. With over 15 years of experience in the Infrastructure & Engineering sector he has been the driving force in taking the company towards greater heights. He started his career in 2004 as a Software Engineer. In 2005 he formed a private limited company in the name and style of M/s. Kernel Solutions Private Limited which was engaged in the business of undertaking civil and mechanical contracts. Mr Ghara has extensive knowledge and experience in multi project planning, scheduling, cost controls in addition to overall construction and multi project management.
